Return of items

As a customer, you have a 365-day right of cancellation. In case you regret your purchase, a return label and return form are enclosed with your order. The enclosed return form must be completed, so that we can process your return order as quickly as possible. If you have lost your return form, you can print it here.

The item must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as when received. As a customer, you are obliged to pay for the return shipment yourself. The package includes a return label that you can use. If you use this, EUR 9 will be deducted from the refunded amount. The return package must be delivered to a UPS Access Point or a DPD Parcel Shop.

It is usually not possible to change or cancel an order once it is placed. You must pay the carriage cost for returning the product to us, and you are liable in case of damage during the return transport. It is not possible to change your mind about a purchase by refusing to accept the product. If you fail to collect your package and it is returned to us non-collected, an amount of EUR 9 will be deducted from your order.

Your money will automatically be reimbursed to the same credit card you used to purchase the item. Please note that the return process can take up to 14 days.

Delivery typically delivers within 1-7 business days. Subject to out-of-stock items and delayed delivery times of's wholesalers. When ordering stocked items and items that are specified with a 2-week delivery, Netlingeri reserves the right to send the entire order together, once all items are in stock.

We deliver through DPD, UPS, PostNord, Chronopost, BRT, SEUR, GLS and others.

Right of complaint

As a customer, you are allowed to complain about an item that has faults or defects. The right of complaint is valid for 2 years, and it covers manufacturing and material defects. The right of complaint does not apply to defects caused by incorrect handling, use or washing of the item. The item should be returned with adequate information in the package to facilitate processing. Please enclose a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Any dispute between Netlingeri and the customer is subject to Danish law.


All prices are incl. 25 % VAT and in EUR, if nothing else is mentioned. The document is subject to misprints and tax and currency changes.

Payment accepts payment with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with the payment service provider. However, Netlingeri reserves the right to have the purchase amount transferred via bank transfer to VestjyskBank. The order is dispatched when the bank transfer has been received. We also offer payment through PayPal, which is an online payment system.

Order cancellation

It is usually not possible to change or cancel an order once it is placed. However, your order may be cancelled in case of sold-out products. In this case, all amounts are automatically refunded.


If you wish to exchange the item to a different size or a different item, please place a new order on the webshop.

Information about complaint options

A complaint about an item or a service purchased from us can be submitted to the EU Commission's online complaint portal. Complaints can be submitted here. When you order goods from Netlingerie, we register your name and address in our system in order to send your order. When personal data is collected from the webshop, we ensure that it always takes place with consent, so that you are always informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
